Intermittent Streaming
Either your bandwidth is inadequate or unstable [can happen during peak hours at night] or your institution uses "packet shaping" technology to reduce the demand on bandwidth. In both cases, try switching from Near CD Quality [64Kbps] to FM Quality [20Kbps], which uses less bandwidth.
Clicking Sound Between Tracks
Go to My Computer, chose Control Panel, then Sound and Audio Devices, click on Sound, then change sound scheme to "No Sound".
CD Quality Grayed Out
In order to enjoy CD Quality you need to subscribe to our Premium Service [128Kbps]. If the CD Quality button is grayed out, it means that you or your institution have subscribed to our Standard Service [64Kbps]
